1. Use of This Site

By using AguiCorp.com you agree to these terms. This site is for domain acquisition inquiries and portfolio information only.

2. Offers

Submitting an offer does not constitute a binding agreement. All offers are subject to review and acceptance by AguiCorp, LLC.

3. Vendor Program (Advertisers)

The following terms apply if you create a vendor account and place advertising on the AguiCorp portfolio.

• Eligibility. You must be at least 18 years of age and authorized to enter contracts on behalf of any company you represent.
• Account. Vendor sign-in uses Google OAuth. You are responsible for the security of the Google account you use to sign in and for all activity on your vendor account.
• Billing. All subscription billing, invoicing, payment processing, refunds, and chargebacks are handled by BillingSky, an AguiCorp property. The BillingSky Terms of Service govern those transactions in addition to these terms; in any conflict, the BillingSky Terms control as to payment.
• Creative content standards. Vendor creatives must not promote illegal activity, infringe third-party rights, contain malware, deceptive claims, or content that violates the publication standards of any AguiCorp portfolio property. AguiCorp may decline, pause, or remove a creative at any time, with refund handling per BillingSky's refund policy.
• Network discretion. AguiCorp may revise placement, format, and inventory of advertising at any time. Subscription tiers describe a level of service; they do not guarantee specific placements indefinitely.
• Cancellation. Vendors may cancel subscriptions at any time through the BillingSky Billing Center. Cancellations are effective at the end of the current paid period unless BillingSky's policies provide otherwise.
• Refund policy. Refund requests are handled exclusively by BillingSky per its published refund policy; AguiCorp will direct any refund inquiry submitted through the vendor dashboard to the Billing Center.
• Termination. AguiCorp may suspend or terminate a vendor account for breach of these terms or the content standards above. Termination of the vendor account does not, by itself, cancel any BillingSky-side subscription — that is handled on BillingSky.
• Intellectual property. AguiCorp is DMCA-registered (#1071130). Vendors retain ownership of their submitted creatives and warrant they have the rights to publish them. Copyright concerns about creatives served on the network may be submitted via the standard DMCA process.

4. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
