AguiCorp operates a portfolio of web properties, a domain marketplace, and an advertising network. This policy explains what we collect when you create a buyer account, submit an offer, contact us, or run creatives as a vendor — and what we deliberately don't.
1. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide when creating a buyer account, submitting domain offers, or contacting us — including name, email address, and transaction details. We also collect standard server logs including IP addresses and browser information.
2. How We Use It
Your information is used to process domain acquisition offers, communicate transaction status, respond to inquiries, and send transaction-related emails. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
3. Google Analytics
This website uses Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand how visitors use the site. GA4 collects anonymized data including pages visited, time on site, browser type, device type, geographic region, and traffic source. This data is processed by Google LLC under their privacy policy.
GA4 runs under Google Consent Mode v2 and is off by default: no analytics cookies are written and no measurement occurs until you click “Accept” on the cookie banner. If you reject, or make no choice, analytics stays disabled. You can change your decision at any time using the Cookie settings link in the footer, or opt out globally with the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
Google's full privacy policy: policies.google.com/privacy
4. Payment Processing
Domain transactions are processed through the following payment methods. Each is governed by its own privacy policy:
- PayPal — including credit and debit card payments processed via PayPal. paypal.com/privacy
- Zelle — direct US bank transfer. Processed via your financial institution.
- Bitcoin (BTC) — cryptocurrency transfer. Blockchain transactions are public and irreversible.
- Wire Transfer / Direct USD — bank wire processed via your financial institution.
We do not store credit card numbers. All card processing is handled by PayPal's secure infrastructure.
5. Cookies
We use essential session cookies to maintain your login state as a buyer or vendor; these are always active because the site cannot function without them, and they carry no analytics or advertising purpose. Google Analytics sets additional cookies for traffic analysis only after you accept them via the cookie banner, as described in Section 3 — you can accept, reject, or change your choice at any time through the Cookie settings link in the footer. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking pixels beyond consent-gated Google Analytics.
6. Data Retention
Buyer account data and offer records are retained for the duration of the account and for up to 7 years thereafter for financial record-keeping purposes. Contact form submissions are retained for 2 years.
7. Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time. Buyers can delete their own account directly from the buyer dashboard; vendors can request deletion from the vendor dashboard, which an operator approves after confirming there is no active billing (paid memberships run to their existing expiry; no refunds). In both cases the account is disabled immediately and your personal information is permanently anonymized after a short grace period. For access or correction, use our contact form or email hello@aguicorp.com; we will verify your identity and respond within the timeframes required by applicable law. Note that records we are legally required to keep (for example, transaction and tax records) may be retained as described in Section 6 even after a deletion request, and payment records held by our billing processor, BillingSky, are resolved through BillingSky — we notify them of your deletion automatically.
EU / EEA / UK residents (GDPR). If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you have the rights to access, rectify, erase, restrict, and port your personal data, and to object to certain processing. The lawful bases on which we process data are: contract (to provide the accounts, offers, and services you request), legitimate interests (to operate, secure, and improve the site), consent (for analytics cookies, which are off until you opt in), and legal obligation (for financial and compliance record-keeping). The data controller is AguiCorp, LLC, Orlando, Florida. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
California residents (CCPA / CPRA). You have the right to know what personal information we collect and how it is used, to request its deletion or correction, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. AguiCorp does not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising — see our dedicated Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information page. You will not be discriminated against for exercising any of these rights.
8. Vendor Accounts (Advertisers)
Separately from buyer accounts, AguiCorp offers vendor accounts for advertisers running creatives across the AguiCorp portfolio.
- Authentication. Vendor sign-in is via Google OAuth. We receive your email address, Google subject identifier (a stable unique ID Google issues for your account), and display name. We do not receive your Google password. Google's privacy policy governs that side of the exchange — policies.google.com/privacy.
- Profile data. Optional fields you supply on your vendor profile (company name, phone) are stored locally for support and contact purposes.
- Billing processor. All payment information — card details, billing addresses, invoices, payment history — is handled by BillingSky, an AguiCorp property that operates as our billing processor. BillingSky's privacy practices apply to that data; we receive only the limited subscription-state information needed to show you which placements are active on your account.
- Webhooks and audit. BillingSky signals subscription lifecycle events to AguiCorp over a signed HTTPS webhook. We retain a local audit log of these events (event id, type, timestamp, raw payload) for operational troubleshooting, separately from any business records held by BillingSky.
- Cookies for vendors. We set a session cookie when you sign in as a vendor. The Billing Center redirect to BillingSky uses a single-use SSO token, not a persistent cross-site cookie.
- Inquiry submissions. Inquiries you submit through your vendor dashboard are stored locally and used solely to respond to you. Billing-related inquiries are deflected to BillingSky's Billing Center without being recorded here.
