AguiCorp, LLC does not sell your personal information, and does not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. There is nothing to opt out of — but California law gives you the right to ask, and to confirm, so this page sets it out plainly.
1. Our Position
We do not sell personal information for money or other valuable consideration, and we do not share it with third parties for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are defined under the CCPA/CPRA. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking pixels beyond consent-gated Google Analytics, which is used only to understand site usage — not to sell or share data.
2. What "Sell" and "Share" Mean
Under the CCPA/CPRA, "sell" means disclosing personal information to a third party for monetary or other valuable consideration, and "share" means disclosing it for cross-context behavioral advertising. Disclosures we do make — for example, passing limited account information to BillingSky (an AguiCorp property) to process your subscription, or to a payment processor to complete a transaction — are service-provider relationships necessary to deliver what you asked for. Those are not sales or shares under the law.
3. Your Rights
If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect and how it is used, the right to request deletion of your personal information, the right to correct inaccurate information, and the right to opt out of any sale or sharing — even though we do not engage in either. You will not be discriminated against for exercising any of these rights.
4. Make a Request
Because we do not sell or share personal information, no opt-out action is required to stop a sale. To exercise your other rights — to know, delete, or correct your information — submit a request through our contact form or email hello@aguicorp.com. We will verify your request and respond within the timeframes required by law. See our Privacy Policy for the full detail on what we collect and how it is handled.
