Operating Principles
One stack, one design language, every property.
Every AguiCorp property runs on the same Flask + Jinja2 + SQLite WAL stack on PythonAnywhere. No JavaScript frameworks, no microservices, no cloud sprawl — just server-rendered HTML, a vendored editor, in-process caching, and daily SQLite backups.
The constraint is deliberate. A lean stack means lower operating cost, fewer security surfaces, and more time on what the business actually pays for — the niches, the domains, the content, the deals.
Investment Thesis
Premium .com domains are a finite asset.
Every meaningful combination of English words is already registered. Acquiring the right names in the right niches — before the market catches up — is the same logic behind any land investment. The difference is that domains cost a fraction of the price and can generate revenue from day one.
