AguiCorp, LLC is a Florida-based digital holding company — and as of today, our flagship site is live at aguicorp.com. This isn't just a landing page. It's a fully functional domain marketplace, portfolio showcase, and buyer portal, built from the ground up on Flask, SQLite, and server-side rendering.

No JavaScript frameworks. No external APIs serving your data. Every page you see was rendered by our server before it ever reached your browser — fast, clean, and reliable.

How We Build

Our stack is deliberately lean: Flask with Jinja2 server-side rendering, SQLite for storage, and PythonAnywhere for hosting. No bloat. No unnecessary dependencies. Sites that load fast and scale on a single platform.

Revenue models vary by property — affiliate commissions, tiered advertiser listings, lead generation, display advertising, and domain sales. We don't bet on one model. We build diversified monetization into every project from day one.
